Service Agreement

By booking a grooming appointment with Paws on Wheels Miami, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog whose behavior poses a safety risk to our groomers.

Appointments

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We will contact you if our groomer is running more than 15 minutes late.

Health & Safety

All dogs must be current on rabies vaccination. Please inform us of any health conditions, behavioral issues, or sensitivities before your appointment. We are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions that become apparent during grooming.

Matting

Severely matted coats may require a shave-down for your dog's comfort and safety. There may be an additional charge for dematting services. We will communicate this before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
